How do I know if an item is available?
Once an item is selected, it will state weather that item is available and in stock.
What if an item I would like to order is not in stock?
You can contact us to see whether the item will be in stock and request to be informed as soon as it is. Alternatively, you can sign up to our newsletter.

Delivery:

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery inside the UK is free of charge to all customers courtesy of Gold Water Wear!

This only applies to our normal delivery option and not the DHL delivery option for express delivery and delivery outside of the UK.

When will I receive my order?
Orders received in the UK will be sent at our earliest convenience but expect 5 working days for delivery at our busy periods. Delivery outside of the UK depends on the country the item is being delivered to. Please see DHL delivery options for this.
If my order is urgent, can I select next day deliver?

Yes, but this is chargeable and available to UK orders.

All garments are sent out by Hermes courier and should arrive within 5 working days although this is likely to be sooner. If you would like DHL express delivery this can be arranged by selecting the DHL express option.

Can I place orders if I am outside the UK?
Yes, you can place orders from outside the UK by selecting the DHL shipping option and inserting your delivery address outside the UK but this delivery option is chargeable.
Is delivery free if I place an order outside the UK?
No, you will have to pay for delivery outside the UK. A quote will be given once you select the DHL shipping tool.
Do I have to pay any taxes on the items ordered if I am outside the UK?
This depends on the country you are ordering from and taxes on incoming goods may apply. There are no additional taxes for countries that are part of the EU.

How do I wash my leotard?

Your garment should be placed inside out and hand washed in cold water using only a mild hand wash detergent. It is best to wash your leotard quickly in cold water in a sink. Learn More…

Can I tumble dry or wring my leotard?
No, you cannot tumble dry or wring your leotard. The materials are delicate and your leotard should be treated with care. It should only be hung on a thick hanger to dry. Learn More…
Can I use bleach or fabric softner on my leotard?
No, harsh chemicals such as bleach or softening chemicals should be used on your leotard as this will damage the material. We cannot accept responsibility for leotards that have not been cared for according to our wash instructions.
Can I iron the leotard?
No, ironing will damage the material and we cannot accept responsibility for leotards that have not been cared for according to our instructions.

Size:

How do I know what size to order?
A considerable amount of effort has been put into getting our sizes right however, Gold Water Wear sizes are a little more generous than conventional brands. Please see our and if in doubt, purchase a size smaller that what you would normally wear.
What if I have selected the wrong size?
If your leotard has already been dispatched you can return the garment and we will exchange it as long as it is unworn, in it’s original condition and with labels attached.
Do I have to pay for delivery to return an item for exchange?
No, we will pay for this but please contact us for returns procedure.
What if I need my order urgently and I have ordered the wrong size?
Please contact us and we will endeavour to dispatch the correct size and discuss the returns procedure for the leotard in your possession as soon as possible.

What if I would like to return my order?
Orders can be returned unworn in perfect condition with labels attached within 14 days of ordering. Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for returned garments that do not reach us. Please see our our returns policy.
